Is it possible to exercise while you are at work? The answer is yes! In fact, you can start doing exercises on your chair now. It is a healthy practice and it reverses the detrimental effects of being on your seat for a very long time.

You might worry that your officemates will make fun of you. There are chair exercises that look awkward at first. You need to move your legs and arms or even hips in some cases. You should not care though. After all, you are doing this to stay healthy.

In fact, if they understand that you are doing it to be healthy, they will also follow you. Take note that when you are seated for straight hours, it will lead to weight gain. Moreover, it will also have adverse effects on your heart. You don’t want to suffer from heart problems at a young age. If you are getting older, you have to be even more careful.
