You may think… going to Goebbert’s Pumpkin Patch in Hampshire, IL or South Barrington, IL that they’re zero gluten free, vegan or healthy options. Well, you’re wrong. After working at Goebbert’s Pumpkin Patch in Hampshire, IL for 7-Years now (that’s a really long time), and having Celiac Disease, I had no choice but to dig deep and read every label to know what is gluten free, what’s not, and for my clients who are vegetarian/vegan I did some searching too! Yes, gluten free and vegan options at Goebbert’s aren’t the “healthiest” but either way, if you want to “Reward Yourself” from all the hard work you have done recently, or stick to your “Diet”, options are available for you!

My FAVORITEEE Choices:

• 1/2 Caramel Apple w/ Nuts (caramel apples are homemade and SO good) + Cup of Coffee
• Lunch option Always a brat because I LOVE me some brats:)

Also, Kettle Corn is Gluten Free and Vegetarian/Vegan friendly. (Forgot to put on list!)

Unfortunately, chicken sandwich, hot dogs, and pulled pork are not gluten free! Pick Hamburger/Cheese burger, Italian Beef, or Brat for gluten free option!

Enjoy and make sure to take home extra Kettle Corn and Caramel Apples!
