Instructions
  1. Warm oven up to 350 degrees. Once oven is warmed, add 6 red peppers in stove covered with aluminum foil for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Cook rice according to package.
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil and garlic for roughly 30-seconds. Add 2-lbs Ground Turkey and cook for 6-8 minutes (or until turkey browns). Add tomato sauce, basil and seasoning of choice and mix together over low heat. Add rice to skillet once cooked.
Recipe Notes

Disperse turkey/rice mix into peppers and enjoy with side salad.
